Barbara earlier today was terrible;
it’s graduation weekend for UCSB
and thousands are graduating today.
I was certainly glad I was headed
in the opposite direction on my way
back to Santa Clarita.

This Sunday is Father’s day in many
countries. I lost my Dad twenty-five
years ago, so it’s now a day I share
with the other fathers in my life.
