Hi Online-Marketing,

Yesterday I went to my hair stylist
and was sorry to hear that her 90
year old grandmother had passed away
a few days ago. I had met Ali’s dear
grandma twice in the past several years
and knew how close they were.

This week was an exhausting one for
me, culminating in my 20 mile walk
over Saturday and Sunday. I honestly
didn’t know my feet could hurt so
much afterwards. but now I’ve been
soaking them and allowing my body
to get back to normal.

for this walk for the past three
months, I’ve decided to continue
exercising at this pace to improve
my health and fitness, as well as my

to my brain.

the streets of Santa Barbara for the
annual Avon Breast Cancer Walk. Today
we walk another 6 as we make our way
to the closing ceremonies. Even though
I’m only walking half of the entire
route, I feel a sense of accomplishment
and pride in what I’m doing. Thanks for

conclude my journey today. I’ll be with
many thousands of other cancer survivors,
all of whom have a beautiful story to

Hi Online-Marketing,

What a day I had yesterday. My
long time friend (24 years) took
the day off work and came up to
Santa Barbara. Kathy and I used
to work together years ago and
this was the first time she’d
been to Santa Barbara since the
last millennium.

I took her on a whirlwind tour of
the beach, the harbor, the shops,
and more. Then we stopped by a
friend’s house to feed his birds
while he is out of town. Finally
we went to the University Club
to have a late lunch. Then it was
off again to see more sites and
take lots of pictures to remember
this day forever. So much fun!

Every day is a vacation day for me,
compared to the life I used to live.

Kathy has been working since she
was out of college and can only
take a day off work once in awhile.
She longs for an easier schedule
but has never pursued her dreams
