Hi Online-Marketing,

I am fortunate to have homes in two
cities, both in southern California.
One is in Santa Clarita, a city about
50 miles north of Los Angeles. It’s a
desert and the summers can be brutal.

My other home is in Santa Barbara, a

Hi Online-Marketing,

One of the family members I’m caring
for this week is my fifteen year old
grandson, Michael. He and I have been
very close over the years, and he even
has entrepreneurial aspirations.

He had surgery this week because he now
has a bone infection after breaking his
leg in three places in June. The doctor
has now spoken the unthinkable, that he
may lose his lower leg, and that is now
settling in with him. He asked me to sit
down and talk to him this morning, and
we discussed the possibilities of his
future. I tear up again just thinking
about it.

Michael knows that I’ve had my share of
health issues, yet I continue to grow
my business working simply from my home
computer or a laptop anywhere I happen
to be. Knowing he could be productive
from bed somehow made him feel better,
even though he’s still in high school.

Thank you for the well wishes for my
two family members who had surgery on
Wednesday. One had an intestinal blockage
and the other had surgery on his leg after
a broken leg caused an infection to his
bone. It’s no fun being cooped up inside
in bed, but they are making the best of
it.
