Yesterday was a long day of medical
consults for my grandson. We have
finally found a doctor who gave us
a glimmer of hope that his bone
infection will improve and he will
be walking again by early next year.

I love the transition between summer
and fall and this weekend is a good
example of how the weather plays a
huge part in our mood and activities.

Hi Online-Marketing,

It has started to rain softly here
in Santa Barbara, and I just love it.
I went for my walk this morning and
smiled as the rain drops fell around
me. It’s just drizzle so I didn’t get
too wet.

Rainy days make me more productive for
some reason, even though I do have my
Rotary Club meeting and a few other
appointments today.

Hi Online-Marketing,

Last night I was invited to a private
screening of two films. Well, one was
a film – The Butler – that has been
out for awhile but I hadn’t seen it.
It’s the incredible story of the man
who was a butler in the White House
for more than thirty years. This film
was storytelling at its best.

The other film I saw has just gone into
production, and is the story of author
J.D. Salinger. Now this one is going to
be very special when it is completed.

What we do online is so much like show
business, and I like to take a lesson
from my friends who are in that world.
To be a success you need to be committed,
do your research, be willing to spend the
time necessary to create your best work,
and then share your finished product with
the world. It’s your time to shine!

So much is happening that I want to share
