Online-Marketing, the power of focus, intensity, and presence

Hi Online-Marketing,

Last night we honored actress Rooney
Mara with the Cinema Vanguard Award
for her huge talent and the diverse
roles she has chosen during her short
career. I was fascinated to learn how
her family’s sports history – they
founded both the New York Giants and
the Pittsburgh Steelers – helped to
shape her path as an actor. She has
a focus, intensity, and presence most
of us strive for as entrepreneurs.

I have one more volunteer opportunity
later today with two thousand children
and their families as we show a film
they are very excited to see – “The Good
Dinosaur”. I love watching their faces
as they see the characters on the big
screen, many for the first time in the
most gorgeous movie theater in Santa
Barbara, the Arlington.

Before you begin your weekend adventures
I wanted to share a couple of things
with you. The first is a tool you’ll
want to check out from Cindy Battye:

connieLoves.me/StickyPost

It is a WordPress plugin, and since I
recommend using WordPress for more than
99% of the sites you have online then it
is an important one. This valuable tool
is only $17 through Saturday evening.

The second is the Weekend Special from
Alice Seba at:

connieLoves.me/WeekendSpecial

It’s a PLR Report entitled “Cultivating
Happiness – Living Life on Your Terms“
with both Social Media Graphics and Ecover
Graphics for just $7. With four thousand
words and ten social media graphics, you
can break it up into at least ten posts
for your blog, as well as using it as a
free giveaway to build your list.

And finally, don’t forget to grab Tim
Castleman’s Notes Package from Traffic
and Conversion.

connieLoves.me/TCNotes

Best of all, you will also receive the
notes from 2013, 2014, and 2015 as a
Special Bonus. My recommendation is to
go back and review these while you await
the one hundred plus page Notes from
this year is a week or so. I’ve started
reviewing the 2015 notes to see what I
have already put into use and what I
still need to implement. This is pure
gold.

Online-Marketing, lost in translation and what to do about it

Hi Online-Marketing,

Today I saw several excellent films,
including one called “The Translator”
about a man who translates a diary
for a woman whose husband has recently
passed away. It’s an Italian film and
the diary had been written in German,
the mother tongue of the husband.

It reminded me of how all of us can
misinterpret things we read and listen
to because we’re online and not face
to face. For example, I’ve been to the
Traffic & Conversion Summit three times
in person, and for the past two years
have chosen to do other things instead.
This year I chose to attend all two
weeks of the film festival instead of
going to San Diego for this event.

And talk about being lost in translation…

My first time at Traffic & Conversion
all of it went over my head. But that
made me excited at the prospect of having
so much ahead of me. This year it means
everything to me to have Tim Castleman
and his six person team there taking the
kind of notes that only an experienced
group can take. Even Ryan Deiss has said
how much he appreciates what Tim does.

Online-Marketing, content creation for busy marketers

Hi Online-Marketing,

Even though the film festival keeps me
busy for twelve to fourteen hours each
day over this two week period, content
keeps being released through my various
syndication and distribution channels.
In fact, just today I released a blog
post and a video, both of which took me
less than ten minutes to create and
publish.

My post is at:

Time Management For Entrepreneurs

The video is at:

I’ll be teaching all my content marketing
strategies in a new course at the end of
this month, so stay tuned if this is of
interest to you.

Did you pick up your Event Notes? Then
Please read on…

This week I had a dilemma; whether to go
to San Diego for a few days during the
film festival for the Traffic & Conversion
Summit or to stay in Santa Barbara and do
what I truly love. I opted to stay here
because I am able to clone myself and get
better notes and information than if I
were there in person.

connieLoves.me/TCNotes

My friend and colleague Tim Castleman is
the only person authorized by Ryan Deiss
and Perry Belcher to take notes and sell
them during each year’s Traffic & Conversion
Summit. He actually brings a team of five
people to help him, and even when I’m there
in person I always buy the notes from Tim
to study and learn from throughout the year.

Read the page for a detailed account of
exactly what’s included and how you will
benefit from this package. When you think
about the cost of this event, the hotel,
and the air fare, then $47 is quite the
bargain.

Online-Marketing, Rocky Balboa is a teddy bear

Hi Online-Marketing,

Last night we honored Sylvester Stallone
here at the film festival with something
called “The Montecito Award”. It’s not
really a lifetime achievement award, but
it does pay homage to someone who’s been
instrumental in advancing their craft and
in helping others to achieve their goals.
As tough as his characters have been, Sly
is actually just a gentle teddy bear of
a man.

First we took a look at clips from movies
he’s been a part of before he began to
speak. It was then that he said something
that set the tone for the evening and I
believe you would want to hear…

“Success doesn’t teach you so much. Now
struggle, rejection, and even failure –
those experiences are what make the person
and lead to greatness within.” We gave
him the first of many standing ovations
over the course of the evening for these
words of wisdom and inspiration.

This week I had a dilemma; whether to go
to San Diego for a few days during the
film festival for the Traffic & Conversion
Summit or to stay in Santa Barbara and do
what I truly love. I opted to stay here

Online-Marketing, the perception of super powers in life and business

Hi Online-Marketing,

Yesterday I saw a record eight films
here at the festival – five features
and three shorts – and also learned
something about life that can be an
excellent marketing lesson. Most people
will go with the majority when asked
their opinion, and when you are willing
to step up and honestly share what you
think you are perceived as having super
powers. Yes, there will be a story about
this incident I’ll be sharing very soon.

Today I just want to remind you about
the training on sourcing products from
China that is on sale for only $29 right
now. This is through Jim Cockrum and
Walter Hay, who have done this since 1987.

connieLoves.me/ProvenChina

Read carefully through that page to see
all that is taught and included.

This training is digital, meaning that
you will receive all of the future, updated
versions at no cost. This is current for
spring of 2016 and will open up a brand new
world to you, as it has for me.

Please let me know if you have questions.
I’m off to see yet another film and would
love to hear from you in between showings.

To Your Massive Online Success,
Connie

at the end of April. Stay tuned for more
details on why you need (more…)

Online-Marketing, the secret to prospering from your writing

Hi Online-Marketing,

Happy Monday! This weekend I gave away
more than three hundred copies of my
latest book on Kindle. Whether you were
one of the three hundred or already had
your copy, allow me to explain how this
works…

By giving away my books on a regular
basis I end up selling at least ten times
that amount in the coming weeks. I’ve now
done this for almost six years and can
tell you that you will sell more books,
information products, online courses,
live event seats, and even coaching and
mentoring when you give away your books.

This is also just a part of what you’ll
learn with your Best Sellers Summit All
Access Pass. Today is the last day to get
in on this very special pricing that gives
you access to all the recordings, transcripts
and notes. My session alone is rich with
content and strategies that work.
