I have been talking about membership
sites a lot lately, but it’s because
I know the power of residual income
and how easy it can be to create new
income streams with these kinds of

When I left teaching and real estate a
little over ten years ago I was heavily
in debt. Within eighteen months I had

and was no longer in debt.

The turning point was when my mentor

sites and earn recurring income. That
model continues for me to this day, and
