Back in the old days, during the 1980’s and 90s,
it took a huge financial investment to start a
business. I borrowed twenty-five thousand dollars
to start my real estate company and I was doing
it on a shoestring.
It took a full year for me to be “in the black”
and earning profits. Then there was the huge
time commitment; to keep my doors open I had to
have someone there physically. Every other year
I took a ten day vacation and had to pay people
