It’s just after six on Wednesday morning as I write this.
The rain has been falling at a steady pace since last night
and the thunder and lightning has finally stopped.
In my previous life I would already be out the door, headed
twenty-five miles south towards Los Angeles to my teaching
job. I’d finish by four and then go on to two or three of
the real estate appointments I would have set up. Appraisals
were most common, with taking listings and showing property
coming in at second and third.
By seven or eight this evening my workday would be finished.
After twenty years this life no longer served me, for reasons
I shared with you yesterday. In 2005 I prayed for a new life.
In 2006 I discovered online marketing and entrepreneurship
and came aboard to a whole new world.
