While I worked as a classroom teacher I
reminded my students that they were all
“works in progress”, meaning they could
determine the outcome of their life day
by day with the choices they made and the
actions they took.
I didn’t include myself back then, but
now I know that adults are all “works in
progress” for the rest of our lives.
