me when I started as an entrepreneur in 2006. Why
would I need someone to hold my hand while I built

There are three different levels of mentoring…
Mentoring is a very personal relationship where you
enjoy almost daily access to the person guiding you
along your journey. I work with fewer than twenty
people in this capacity and my program is full until
next month. This is also costly, so you must be ready

I still have two mentors and believe in this concept
wholeheartedly.
The second level of mentoring/coaching comes when you
