When I wanted to become a real estate
appraiser I had to prepare for a very
difficult examination. Only about 15%
of those taking it passed on the first
time around and I was determined to be
one of them.
I purchased a set of checklists that
reviewed the topics covered on the exam

the exact info I needed on the front and
the back. I can’t remember exactly, but
I believe I paid about twenty-five dollars
for this.
