How is your Sunday going along so far? Excellent, I hope.
I just returned from a visit with my friend who has
sustained a serious injury when his crane – he was
grading the side of a hill in order to build something
on his property – got too close to the edge and it
flipped over on top of him.
The orthopedist was just finishing up when I arrived
and she believes they will be able to save his leg.
This is a man who’s never broken a bone and has only
had his tonsils removed when it comes to this kind of
medical attention. When I told him that my community
was holding positive thoughts for his full recovery he
waved me off right away. He doesn’t believe in prayer.
Please keep up whatever you’re doing, because it seems
to be working.
