Online-Marketing, he paved the way for a different world vision

Hi Online-Marketing,

It was the first week of third grade for me
when Martin Luther King, Jr. gave his now
famous “I Have a Dream” speech. Less than
five years later he would be assassinated
outside his motel room as he sought to right
many injustices and the world would be denied
the ongoing work of this great man.

I’ve experienced good and bad throughout my
life, as we all do. But I know for certain
that if not for the courage and actions of
Dr. King and others that my life would be very
different from what it is today. I don’t take
anything for granted, and know that he paved
the way for a different world vision.

On this day let’s take time to reflect on what
it means to have freedom of choice as a business
owner. There are still many places in our world
where these freedoms are not allowed. When I’m
able to work from home and make my own schedule
I am thankful for an easier life than what I
experienced before I became an entrepreneur. My
dream for you is to have a similar experience.

Over the past two years I’ve been on a quest to
improve my public speaking skills. I’ve watched,
both in person and on YouTube, more than two
hundred speeches. I always come back to Dr. King’s
speech as the one that is flawless in its message
and delivery.

I thought I would include both the full version
and the shortened one for you to watch today.
