Hi Online-Marketing,
I’m not talking about setting up websites, installing
membership site software, or creating web graphics.
You will achieve your goals much more quickly when you
learn how to do your own customer service.
My first year online several people advised me to let
others handle this for me, but I had a feeling it would
be a good idea to learn how to deal with people and to
address their questions and problems head on.
Even now, twelve years later and when my business is at
a point I never imagined it could reach I still do most
of my own client care. And it doesn’t matter if it’s a
weekend, holiday, or after “normal” business hours.
Perhaps I’ve helped you in some way since you’ve been a
part of my online community, by answering a question or
helping you with a log in or password for one of my sites.
I wanted a global business where I could serve others in
a way that would help them to achieve their goals and to
change their lives and this is one part of how I do it.
Serving others when they are in need makes a difference.
