Hi Online-Marketing, While I was a teacher we were supposed to discourage the kids from ‘daydreaming’. I didn’t believe in that, and wanted them to think about life and their future as much as they wanted to. I felt it built character and helped create great thinkers. I do the same thing with my online students these days. I encourage them to spend time every week just thinking about the possibilities of what their life could be like. I’ve done this for the past eight years and it has worked out very well for me. Daydreaming also has brought me to selling physical products. I dreamt of something that would build on its own while I spent time doing more things I truly love. Hi Online-Marketing, In 2001 I had the chance to be a math and science specialist for my school district. It was going to mean extra classes for me over the next six months, but there would also be an increase in my pay and better job security. I thought about it for weeks and even filled out the application, but in the end I did not apply. They chose about a hundred teachers for these positions, but I was not one of them because I didn’t follow through with it. I kept thinking I might do it the next time it was offered. That ‘next time’ never came. They closed the program and only those who had take action had this great opportunity. When I had cancer for the second time the following year I thought about how different it could have been for me if only I had chosen to become one of the math and science specialists. But it was too late by then. The ASM course closes tonight at midnight. It will most likely be open again at the end of October, but there is no guarantee of that. Hi Online-Marketing, Years ago I can remember driving across Texas for the first time and seeing signs like ‘everything is bigger in Texas’ and ‘if you like burgers, you won’t believe how big they are in Texas’. But is bigger always better? I do not think that’s necessarily so. For example, when people told me I had to have a huge list to make money online, I chose not to believ them. I still have a relatively small list, and that’s fine with me. Huge profits with a tiny list rules! And then when my online business first got bigger back in 2009, it was all I could do to find the right people to help me keep it moving. I ended up having to scale back until I figured out how to increase my income without hiring employees. Bigger was not better for me. When I started investing in real estate again in 2012, I purposely looked for smaller homes because bigger ones did not equate to the massive profits you can make from smaller ones. Smaller made a lot more sense. And when you hear people talk about having a hundred thousand dollar product to sell on Amazon, know that it’s the smaller products that earn more for you in the long run. ki143.infusionsoft.com/go/spc3rci8/a1070/ When you listen to this interview Jason Fladlien did with our friend Raul, you’ll hear why a smaller product to sell on Amazon is serving him better than a huge one.
