Hi Online-Marketing, Every year for seven years in a row now, my family and I go off to a beautiful destination during the five days between Christmas and New Year’s. This year we are in Palm Springs, where it is a balmy 59 (15 Celsius)during the day and a little cooler at night. The purpose of these annual trips is to give us a chance to think, dream, plan, and focus on the full year ahead. Hi Online-Marketing, After two weeks of travel to three countries on two continents, I’m finally back home for Christmas. There’s no place like home for the holidays, and from my house to yours, a merry Christmas Eve to you. Last year we started a tradition in my family to invite friends of all denominations to spend a few hours in my home in Santa Clarita in a sort of ‘fireside chat’ in front of my fireplace. Then we sing songs of all faiths, share stories, and enjoy some special treats that are traditional for everyone who is joining us. Tonight we have a group that represents faiths and customs from four continents and five languages, so I’m excited to have it begin. Another tradition my family started when I came online eight years ago was to spend the week between now and the new year in a quiet place where we can think, plan, dream, and believe. Over the years this has taken us to exotic locations and familiar ones as well, so this year we wanted to stay closer to home after all of our recent travels.
