Hi Online-Marketing, When I met the plumbers I started marketing for in 2008, we were all on a flight headed to Atlanta. By the time the plane touched down at Hartsfield-Jackson field, we had shaken hands on a deal that would net me over fifty thousand dollars during the course of the next two years. But it wasn’t the marketing that got their attention. No, it was because of our conversation somewhere over Texas when they told me they needed someone to help them eliminate some negative reviews they had received. This is called “reputation management” and can cause a good business to be thought of in a negative light, even though there are always two sides to every story.
