Hi Online-Marketing, We had more excitement than usual here in Santa Barbara yesterday when a water main just two blocks from my house broke unexpectedly. It formed a sinkhole that swallowed a car, and they even closed the interstate freeway. Hi Online-Marketing, I will spend most of today with the high school students I work with in our local Interact Club. It’s a part of Rotary that I truly love, and I believe I learn as much from the teens as they learn from me over the year and a half that I work with each of them. Last week one young man, let’s call him “Ben”, asked me about my business and said that he had heard that it took money to make money. I love it when we are able to discuss entrepreneurship and online marketing while engaged in service projects in Santa Barbara. I told Ben that you don’t necessarily need money, other than a few hundred dollars for expenses in order to build and grow a business as I have done. This led to a conversation among all of us about core competencies and strategic advantages on the internet. Core competencies are the combined skills and abilities you bring to the table when you start your business. For example, my core competency lies in my ability to not only create, but to also massage content in a way that increases my credibility and visibility exponentially. I continue to increase my skills over time so that my core competency remains strong. I also add to my resources, and this will include PLR and Resale Rights content which gives me an unlimited number of products to sell online to those who will benefit from this help the most. Hi Online-Marketing, My brand new car is quite different from anything I’ve ever seen, yet alone driven. You don’t use a key to start the ignition, there is no gear shift, and IT tells ME when I need to apply the brakes. The car also cost more than twice as much as the first home I had in southern California many years ago. Now if I could just get it to hover over the other traffic to get me around town more quickly, I’d consider it to be the perfect car.
