Hi Online-Marketing, I spent most of today at the beach and on the pier just north of Santa Barbara. There was a high surf advisory, as well as high tide, so it was an opportunity to get outside in the sun and listen to the waves pounding the shoreline. Hi Online-Marketing, Yesterday I had Adrienne Dupree on the line and was ready to do a podcast when I received a call that changed everything. My little Yorkie, Sarah, had taken ill and could not even stand up. She was rushed to the veterinarian, where they discovered she had a serious infection and was hemorrhaging blood into her abdomen. They said she needed emergency surgery and could not promise that she would pull through. Without hesitation I told them to do whatever was necessary to save her life. They said they would make their best effort and transferred me to the accounting office for prepayment. The cost for this surgery: four thousand dollars. Sarah did pull through and is now resting at the vet’s office until I can pick her up later this afternoon. I prayed for Him to spare her life and my prayers were answered. While I was a classroom teacher I took home less than four thousand each month, and did not have that much in savings. Back then I would have had to beg or borrow in order to save my little dog’s life. Now I am blessed to be able to spend this kind of money without having to think about it twice. Can you imagine making this kind of choice? I have more stories about my own medical care and that of my grandson. Having the ability to pay for his medical care three years ago kept him from having his right leg amputated. Every time I see him walking or even standing I tear up just a little. These are just more examples of why being an online entrepreneur means so much to me. I want to help you to reach your goals as well, and everything I do is intended to assist you in this regard. As for the podcast, I held it together long enough to interview Adrienne and will have that ready for you by Monday. Picking up my little Sarah and bringing her home is first on my list right now, as I know you must understand. Hi Online-Marketing, Long ago we used to celebrate Lincoln’s and Washington’s birthdays separately. President Lincoln was born on February 12, and President Washington on February 22, even though his used to be celebrated on the 15th. And way back in 1982, while working for Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Claims Adjuster, I enjoyed a four day weekend when these birthday celebrations occurred on a Friday and a Monday, as they would have this year. But times changed, and now all of the U.S. Presidents share one holiday on the third Monday of February, and this holiday is referred to as President’s Day. I only bring this up because as an online entrepreneur you can take time off most any day, regardless of what the people around you are required to do. This is a blessing, to be sure.
