Hi Online-Marketing,
I hope your holidays are flowing
along smoothly, and that you’re
cherishing this time to be with the
ones you love.
Today I have two special gifts for
you. The book I co-wrote with Geoff
Hoff, The Inner Game of Internet
Marketing, is available to you as a
free download through Tuesday. It’s
our holiday gift to you at:
This book discusses creativity and
self-confidence, and how to use
these as a focus point to build your
business.
The next gift is from the ‘Publicity
Hound’, Joan Stewart. It’s her
annual compilation of the best tips
of 2012. Download it now at:
I used something new I learned here
to send a press release about a
special award I received from the
Arts Commission in my city. I’ll
be blogging about that tomorrow.
May the joy of the season embrace you
in a gentle and loving way, and may
all of your hopes and dreams move
closer than ever.

P.S. In Finland, Santa Claus (called Joulupukki
and pronounced Yoh-loo-pookie) has elves who help
him make the toys. They are called tontut, and
folk tales describe them as being small in stature,
usually with a full beard. They are everywhere
across the land.
One tonttu lived in the barn and took care of
the animals. One lived in the sauna. The people
of the household made sure to respect the tontut,
for they were easily offended. Instead of being
helpful, an insulted tonttu could hide things, or
sour the milk, or create other havoc. One way of
keeping the tonttu happy was to leave out a bowl
of porridge, a tradition that is continued to this
day. Quite similar to leaving cookies and milk for
Santa, don’t you agree?
