This subject line is a seductive one, I know. And
it has also become my personal experience so I know
whence I am sharing with you here.
As a classroom teacher for twenty years, who also
had a very busy side hustle as a real estate broker
and residential appraiser I lived each day on a very
tight schedule seven days a week. I dreamed of being
able to do as I pleased each day and did not want to
have to retire to be able to do this.
