I think you will agree that some years
are better than others. For example,
2014 was an incredible year for me for
a variety of reasons, and 2015 has been
one filled with the sadness of losing
several people very close to me. I also

Start simple. How about taking all your
weekends off? What about vacations? How
many days do you want for them?
What about everything else in your life?
Work? Family functions? Charity events?
How many days will you dedicate just to
those things?
Now start with 365 and start subtracting
these days out using the “rocks, pebbles,
sand” model. Pretty soon you’re going
to see that you’re likely running out of
days!
