This week was an exhausting one for
me, culminating in my 20 mile walk
over Saturday and Sunday. I honestly
didn’t know my feet could hurt so
much afterwards. but now I’ve been
soaking them and allowing my body
to get back to normal.
However, because I’ve been training
for this walk for the past three
months, I’ve decided to continue
exercising at this pace to improve
my health and fitness, as well as my
productivity by getting more oxygen
to my brain.
