Well, I survived Old Spanish Days
and Fiesta weekend here in Santa
Barbara. It was a bit much in many
ways, especially after my ordeal
in coming back from Europe. But
the parade was festive, the food
delicious, and the opera incredible.
It’s the busiest weekend of the year
here, and now I know why.
