The ‘Powerhouse’ fire continues
to burn out of control just north
of me in Santa Clarita, so I will
be staying put for a few days until
they get it under control. Today I
am working on the final edit of my
latest book so I don’t mind having
to stay inside.

It’s the most difficult for my animals,
who are on constant alert as the sirens
blare past us on the road below every
couple of hours throughout the day and
night. Thanks for your prayers on this.
