Last night I hosted a small dinner
party for a few friends. One works
for a large corporation in the Los
Angeles area, while the other three
are all small business owners.
We talked about the recent real estate
shift and how overnight people are now
clamoring to buy homes at way over the
asking price, while no one was buying
just a couple of months ago.
This overnight shift in thinking is
just one sign of the new economy, and
you can benefit in a big way.
The conversation then shifted to how
we earn residual income to pay for the
many things in our lives that are dear
to us.
All eyes were on me as I shared what
I am able to do online, and soon I
was helping all four of my friends to
create a game plan to help them with
this as well.
